What little food and supplies are available for purchase in Gaza are very expensive, many families have been turning to gofundme and other websites to keep their families alive. What is happening to the people of Palestine is a genocide, full stop. As a Kituwah mother, where my ancestors endured genocide, my heart breaks at the horrific news and images that constantly emerge from Gaza.

To bring a child into this world is to be brave and to have hope. May we never lose that. My heart is with the mothers who are in unsafe situations, who are dreaming of a world where their babies can grow old and have lives of abundance.
